The “Danza Sin Barreras” Dance Days were born in 2019 with the aim of promoting to the professionalization of inclusive dance, the accessibility of dance and participation in the performing arts through a programme that gathers the work developed by Cía. Danza Vinculados in its different fields of action.

In March 2020, the II “Danza Sin Barreras” Dance Days were held. A programme that began on 11th March at the Teatro Alhambra, with the performance of the dance piece “Del Sacromonte a Nueva York” (From the Sacromonte to New York) audio-described for blind audiences. A series of performances, screenings and round tables on the professionalisation of inclusive dance, accessibility and participation in the performing arts were planned. Unfortunately, they had to be suspended and postponed due to the rapid expansion of COVID-19 and in response to the recommendations of the health authorities.
