“Interwoven”
Between 2010 and 2013, LamatDance headed the European project Interwoven, funded by the European Commission and Granada City Council in collaboration with Mandinga Arts (London) and Fabric (Gabrovo). The project required traveling to Bulgaria, England and Spain to create pieces with dancers, visual artists and musicians from these three countries. The main result of this project is Interwoven which was presented in Caja Granada Theater, The Place Theatre in London and Sfumato Theatre in Sofia.
Tis piece is the result of several years of exploration, creation and experimentation through contemporary dance and music, Bulgarian music and flamenco. It is accompanied with video projections created by Útopi Social Films.
